One block from Main Street and only a few minutes from the Beach - our home is perfectly located for anyone to enjoy Sarasota to the fullest including walking to downtown or the bayfront only minutes away.

Located in Downtown Sarasota, 1833 is one block from Main Street in a quiet artist community called Towles Court.
Everything you need is on Main Street including dining, shopping, movies, theatres, performing arts and the Marina.
Only 2 blocks from the Hollywood 11 Movie Theatre and a few blocks from Burns Court Theatre for independent movies.
You can walk or bike anywhere downtown and easily reach the Sarasota Bayfront. Many locals enjoy walking the Ringling Bridge that connects downtown to Lido Key.
We have many parks downtown including Island Park on the water, Selby Gardens and even a sports park which has a skate park and frisbee golf.
